  • Meeting for a consultation to understand exactly what you want/need

  • Going through a Timeline of events leading up to the wedding

  • Booking vendors (venue, photographer, dj/band, florist, cake, etc.)

  • Following up each month to go over details

  • Coordinating rehearsal the day before the wedding

  • Arriving early on the day of the wedding to direct vendors

  • Coordinating the ceremony/reception to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!

Day of Coordinating allows you to plan your dream wedding with my assistance. I step in a month or two before the wedding to help with any last minute details and to get an idea of your vision for the day.

  • Being the Point Person for the vendors and family members to communicate with

  • Following up with vendors and confirming they will be on time and provide the services within the contract

  • Coordinating rehearsal the day before the wedding

  • Coordinating the ceremony/reception to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
